ARRIVAL

We have an autonomous arrival system, you will receive your code the day before your arrival in order to access your keys from a smartbox lock. To confirm and keep your reservation you are required to send through a copy of your passport or ID to our email address contact@jksuites.fr which is a legal requirement in France.

 

DEPOSIT

When you book with us, you are automatically agreeing to a 500€ deposit on your card in case of any problems that may occur during your stay (Missing items such as bathrobes, towels etc and any damage to equipements (For 'La Suite d'Aguesseau' et 'La Suite de Vienne' the deposit is set at 1000€) This is amount will not be debited from your credit card and is just a card imprint at the time of your booking.

If such an event would occur, we would contact you within 7 days after departure with a detailled bill and you will be automatically charged the amount.

Any abusive usage of the wellness equipments (soap, glitter, bath bombs etc in jacuzzi etc or perfumes in Sauna) will autmatically be charged at 50€ out of the deposit.

ETHICS

It is expected of our dear customers to be careful and mindful in their use of water and to use the 'keep warm at 38C ' on the hot tub for two in the relaxation Suite. Any excessive use of hot water resulting in draining of the hot water system will not be accepted in terms of dispute.

Please be mindful of staff and customers and respect the time of arrival and departure. 
Any late departures (non pre-approved)  will be charged at 1€ /minute at the manager's discretion.

REFUNDS

A full refund will be issued for reservations cancelled within 48hrs if the date of arrival is 14 days or more away. 

50% Refund for reservations arriving upto 7 days or more. 

No refund will be issued for cancellation 7 days prior your date of arrival.

We can change the date of your reservation up to 7 days prior your arrival, please contact us by mail at contact@jksuites.fr 

 

RESERVATIONS

You will receive upon booking a confirmation email. 

You will receive a CHECK-IN email the day before your arrival  at 6pm with all the necessary information to enjoy your stay and access your room. 

In the case of emergency health measures taken by our government, we will honor all of our reservations by transferring them to a later date of your choice.
